How the day works

📍 Location: Held at SOLID BEAUTY EMPIRE salon on the Sunshine Coast

Training Days:

Weekday + Weekends (Monday, Saturday & Sunday). Optional training held during week if preferred.

*once purchased course, you will be asked to book in date that suits you.

Class Times:

9am – 2:30pm

Models: You’ll complete theory plus 2 live models during the day (I recommend reliable models you trust—I can assist if needed).

→ 11:30am – Brow Sculpt with Dye/Tint

→ 12:45pm – Brow Lamination with Dye & Sculpt

→ By the end of your training day, you’ll leave a certified BROW GENIUS.

Do I Need prior experience? How long will it take to master the technique?

No! This course is designed for beginners and those with some experience. You’ll get step-by-step guidance to go from unsure to confident, mastering every technique I teach.

Every student learns at a different pace, but our phased approach ensures you gain confidence quickly.

Most students feel confident working independently after training! Ongoing practice in your own time helps you master every skill.

Will I get support after the course?

Absolutely! You’ll have lifetime access to your online portal and our exclusive student community. You will be sent a login detail DAY OF TRAINING

I’m available to answer questions and provide guidance, but support is most effective if you’re active in the community portal (ps. I can’t assist if you don’t drop in and engage)

Do I need to bring models?

Yes, you'll need to bring 2 x reliable models. These models free of Charge

Models:

→ 11:30am – Brow Sculpt with Dye/Tint

→ 12:45pm – Brow Lamination with Dye & Sculpt

If you can’t, we can help arrange them—but we require at least 2 days’ notice.

You’ll still get full hands-on experience and feedback if a model pulls out (wink wink- liv has the strategies to help in any situation)

How do I book my training date?

After payment, you'll be required to select preferred training date. We'll confirm within 1-5 business days and provide all future details (what to wear, parking, location etc) .

If the date you've chosen is not available, liv will reach out to you personally!

What if I can't make the scheduled in-person date?

In-person training spots are limited to ensure 1:1 attention, the whole day is DEDICATED to you!!.
We require a minimum 7 day notice BEFORE set training date.

Rescheduling or cancellations:

- Requests within 7 days but more than 48 hours may incur an additional $200 rescheduling fee.

- Cancellations within 24 hours/on training date will forfeit your booking and will require 50% of full payment to rebook/ reschedule. (Keep in mind- you will still have access to online portal! feel free to complete online and drop in feedback if you wish to not pay extra fee)

Course Withdrawal and Refunds

Solid Beauty Empire complies with Australian Consumer Law. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, changes to your financial situation, or personal circumstances—so make sure you choose carefully.

In-person courses require full payment. First monthly payment is needed to secure your training date and is non-refundable.

Online payment plans- will be issued certificate ONCE final payment is made and all assessments completed.
